معیارهای انتخاب همسر طبق نظر روان شناسان چیست؟

معمولاً هر فردی در ازدواج، معیارها و ملاک های خاصی برای انتخاب همسر خود در نظر می گیرد. برخی از آدم های ساده و بی شیله پیله خوششان می آید و برخی دیگر از افراد پیچیده و باهوش. عده ای به افراد مذهبی علاقه دارند و عده ای دیگر انگار میانه خوبی با مذهب ندارند. گروهی سراغ ورزشکاران، افراد فعال یا جنبشی ها می روند و گروه دیگر بیشتر افراد آرام و گوشه گیر را می پسندند و... اما علت این همه تفاوت سلیقه در انتخاب همسر چیست؟
طبق نظر روان شناسان دو نظریه مهم در انتخاب همسر وجود دارد: نظریه « همسان همسری » و نظریه « ناهمسان همسری ».
نظریه همسان همسری:
بر طبق این نظریه آنچه در انتخاب همسر اولویت اصلی افراد می باشد شباهت ها است. یعنی هر چه شباهت ها و همانندی های دختر و پسر بیشتر باشد، دو طرف بیشتر مایل به ازدواج با یکدیگر هستند. معمولاً افراد این گروه همانندی های قومی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، ارزش های مشترک مذهبی ، سن و سال نزدیک به هم، سطح تحصیلاتی مشابه، علایق مشترک و... توجه کرده و آنها را بنیان و پایه استواری برای انتخاب همسر و شروع زندگی مشترک قرار می دهند.
بر طبق این نظریه آنچه در انتخاب همسر اولویت اصلی افراد می باشد شباهت ها است. یعنی هر چه شباهت ها و همانندی های دختر و پسر بیشتر باشد، دو طرف بیشتر مایل به ازدواج با یکدیگر هستند. معمولاً افراد این گروه همانندی های قومی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، ارزش های مشترک مذهبی ، سن و سال نزدیک به هم، سطح تحصیلاتی مشابه، علایق مشترک و... توجه کرده و آنها را بنیان و پایه استواری برای انتخاب همسر و شروع زندگی مشترک قرار می دهند.
البته آنچه گفته شد به این معنی نیست که اگر دو نفر در برخی از حوزه ها و امور با یکدیگر متفاوت باشند، حتماً ازدواجشان ناموفق و ناپایدار خواهد بود. زیرا افرادی هستند که علیرغم تفاوت در برخی زمینه های جزئی، ازدواج موفقی داشته اند. پس به طور عام هر چه مشترکات میان طرفین بیشتر و تفاوت هایشان در جزئیات باشد ازدواج و زندگی راحتتر و آسانتری خواهد داشت. به همین دلیل متخصصان اکثراً معتقدند که اگر می خواهید ازدواجی موفق، باثبات و شادمان داشته باشید باید به سراغ فردی بروید که خصوصیات وکیفیاتی نزدیک به شما دارد.
نظریه ناهمسان همسری :براساس این نظریه برخی از افراد بیشتر مایلند با افرادی ازدواج نمایند که نه تنها عیوب و نواقص آنها را ندارند بلکه با ویژگی هایشان قادر به تکمیل ضعف آنها می باشند. به بیان دیگر افرادی را برای ازدواج انتخاب می کنند که نواقص آنها را جبران می نمایند. مثلاً برخی از افراد خجالتی از افراد جسور خوششان می آید، یا افراد اجتماعی و اهل رفت و آمد، فرد اهل مطالعه و منزوی را جذب خود می کنند. پس فرض اصلی نظریه ناهمسان همسری این است که برخی برای ازدواج به دنبال افرادی می روند که دارای چیزهایی هستند که آنها ندارند ولی مایلند که آنها را داشته باشند.
برطبق نظر روان شناسان و هم چنین آنچه تحقیقات نشان می دهد، ازدواج گروه اول یا افرادی که بر طبق نظریه همسان همسری ازدواج می کنند موفق‌تر بوده و در رسیدن به خانواده ای پایدار سربلندتر می باشند.
